CRT SALES ASSOCIATE CERTIFICATE:

This Sales Associate Certificate program is designed to gain understanding in sales psychology, image projection, customer interaction and interpersonal communications, sales organization and operations, customer relations, professional standards and ethics. Upon completion of this program, the student among other items would able to:

  • Explain how to get more leads, make more appointments, and close more sales by listening to customer’s wants and needs,
  • Describe the techniques used to create effective proposals and deliver better professional presentations to the customer,
