BUS SALES ASSOCIATE:

This Sales Associate program is designed to provide understanding in sales psychology, image projection, customer interaction and interpersonal communications, sales organization and operations, customer relations, professional standards and ethics. Upon completion of this program, the student among other items would able to:

  • Explain how to get more leads, make more appointments, and close more sales by listening to customer’s wants and needs,
  • Describe the techniques used to create effective proposals and deliver better professional presentations to the customer,
  • Discuss how to handle customer rejections and engage in better negotiations leaving themselves and their customers satisfied,
  • Outline the role of retailing in society, and how retailing fits within the broad disciplines of business and marketing,
  • Define the operation-oriented policies, methods, and procedures used by successful retailers including delegating responsibilities.

EDUCATION & JOB EXPERIENCE:

  • Ability to use Microsoft Windows
  • Ability to work with a computer
