COURSE NAME: REO105 Real Estate Documentation
Course Description (Detailed Syllabus is released upon registration)
Students will learn the essentials of real estate documentation. Upon completion of this course students will be able to: 1) explain the basic concepts and terms used in real estate documentation, including forms, statement, and receipts, 2) discuss the mortgage regulations governing lending, practical applications of mortgage lending, and the steps of the mortgage process, 3) describe the how to prepare loan package for the lender for approval and final loan package for closing and audit preparation after approval or denials, and 4) outline the required documents, accompanying disclosures, income and property qualifications, and the specific provisions needed for real estate documentation.
