COURSE NAME: LAW107 Contract Law
Course Description (Detailed Syllabus is released upon registration)
Students will learn the essentials of Contract Law. Upon completion of this course students will be able to: 1) explain the roles of a paralegal in contract law, have a basic understanding of various types of contract laws, and the contract law research process, 2) describe the Bargain Theory for Enforcing Promises and Requirements of Agreement, the Theories for Enforcing Promises, and Status of Fraud, 3) recognize the rules of Remedies, Policing Contract, Parole Evidence, and Contract Interpretation, and 4) explain the conditions for Breach of Contract, Grounds for Excusing Performance, the Third Parties Issues and the legal concepts and legal procedures associated with various contract laws including ethical, and professional issues.

Award Upon Completion
