COURSE NAME:  MOS102 Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet

Course Description (Detailed Syllabus is released upon registration)

Students will learn the essentials of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.  Upon completion of this course students will be able to: 1) explain how to create and edit images and charts, save worksheets web pages, use hyperlinks, and create an HTML, 2) describe preview and spell check, adjust page setup and printing options, create, edit, and insert comments, and send a workbook, 3) discuss how to format function with emphasis to text, cells, rows, and columns use logical, financial, and date tools, and 4) explain how to edit chart source data and chart type, move and resize charts, edit data series, and use visual design techniques to for formatting

Course Grading and Policies

Points from:  Lessons, Assignments, Tests, Classroom Discussion, and Course Portfolio are factors in grade point calculation.

A = 90% – 100%, B = 80% – 89%, C = 70% – 79%, D = 60% – 69%, F = 59% and Below.

Late Assignment Policy: If unable to complete assignments or tests on time, please contact your instructor before the due dates.  Assignments or tests submitted after the due date without appropriate excuse and pre-approval will receive a zero score.

Award Upon Completion

The student will receive a diploma upon completion of the program.
