COURSE NAME: MOS104 Microsoft Outlook Communication
Course Description (Detailed Syllabus is released upon registration)
Students will learn the essentials of Microsoft Outlook communications. Upon completion of this course students will be able to: 1) explain how to use the calendar to create and customize appointments events, and schedule meetings with other users, and create a calendar groups, 2) discuss how to categorize and flag messages, attach and format screenshots graphics, tables, symbols and block e-mails and add e-mail rules, 3) describe how to manage and organize e-mails, add signatures, and auto reply, and group messages by subject, and 4) outline how to create and modify contacts, contact groups, send meeting requests, and import and export contacts with Google Gmail.
