Students will learn the essentials of planning the windows server.  Upon completion of this course students will be able to: 1) explain the appropriate network protocol services in a given scenario, and determine the logical components of a TCP/IP addressing scheme, 2) discuss the components of an IP routing solution in a given scenario, and how to create a TCP/IP connectivity plan, 3) define suitable DNS solution that integrates with other DNS systems and the appropriate DNS solution in a given scenario, and 4) outline the appropriate WINS replication strategy for a given WINS implementation and explain the appropriate optimizing, security, and troubleshooting strategies for WINS

Points from:  Lessons, Assignments, Tests, Classroom Discussion, and Course Portfolio are factors in grade point calculation.

A = 90% – 100%, B = 80% – 89%, C = 70% – 79%, D = 60% – 69%, F = 59% and Below.

Late Assignment Policy: If unable to complete assignments or tests on time, please contact your instructor before the due dates.  Assignments or tests submitted after the due date without appropriate excuse and pre-approval will receive a zero score.
