COURSE NAME: CRT REO102 Real Estate Principles
Course Description (Detailed Syllabus is released upon registration)
Students will learn basic Real Estate Principles. Upon completion of this course students will be able to: 1) explain basic real estate markets, ownership, real estate descriptions, interests, sales, leases, and agencies, 2) discuss real estate practices with emphasis to recordation, abstracts, title insurance, and contract law including their definitions, 3) define real estate concepts and procedures including brokerage, appraisals, property management, mortgage lending, and 4) describe the legal implications between real estate brokers and the financial professionals.
