COURSE NAME: CRT REO104 Practical Real Estate Sales
Course Description (Detailed Syllabus is released upon registration)
Students will learn the essentials of practical real estate sales. Upon completion of this course students will be able to: 1) discuss the basic concepts and terms as they apply to real estate sales and marketing including ownership, real estate descriptions, leases, and agencies, 2) explain the basic consumer behaviors, effectively communicate, marketplace specialization, self-motivation, time management, record-keeping, prospecting, qualifying, and negotiation offers, 3) explain types of listings, the listing process, and the employment of a real estate agency, and reasons for suspension or revocation of a real estate license, and 4) describe the marketing of real estate, the sales process, and the advantages and disadvantages to being a real estate salesperson.

Award Upon Completion
