COURSE NAME: CRT MKT104 Wholesale Management
Course Description (Detailed Syllabus is released upon registration)
Students will learn the essentials of wholesale management. Upon completion of this course students will be able to: 1) discuss how to design a sales management system with tools and skills learned in order to effectively manage others as well as themselves, 2) explain how to build a high-performing sales team by recognizing certain characteristics needed to be successful salespeople, 3) describe how to maintain a successful sales team by evaluating results, listening to feedback, and motivating them, and 4) outline how to manage and maintain prosperous relationships with customers, retailers, wholesalers, and suppliers.
