COURSE NAME: BUS114 Business Mathematics
Course Description (Detailed Syllabus is released upon registration)
Students will learn the essentials of business mathematics. Upon completion of this course students will be able to: 1) identify variety of financial questions in retail, interest and loans, banking, payroll, taxes, investments, insurance, and other business situations, 2) describe basic mathematical functions for solving quantitative, spatial, and analytical problems, 3) discuss the proper correct use of calculator in mathematics computer applications including, tables, graphs, and charts for recording data, and 4) explain mathematical skills and techniques for completing consumer-related and job-related reports including profits, losses, and overhead.

Award Upon Completion
The student will receive three credit hours upon completion of the course.
